Club accounts are terrific options to fund your short-term savings. Make deposits throughout the year into your club account and on the disbursement date the funds are transferred to your checking or savings account. You can even set up automatic deposits or transfers from a checking account to keep your savings goals on track. Just remember that you should only withdraw from your club account after the disbursement date or you will incur an early withdrawal fee.
