Coming Soon: Debit & Credit Card Update

September 21, 2021

OC Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that we are upgrading our debit and credit cards to provide you with modern features, improved functionality, and greater access to your funds.

To make these important upgrades, there will be a brief maintenance period beginning SUNDAY, OCTOBER 24 at 10:00pm through MONDAY, OCTOBER 25 at approximately 12:00pm for existing debit and credit cardholders.  During that time, the following limits will be in place:

  • ATM withdrawals: $200.00 maximum
  • Point-of-sale purchases: $400.00 maximum

OC Federal Credit Union branch ATM’s will also be temporarily unavailable during the following days.  You can still withdraw funds during normal business hours in our lobby or at our drive-up windows.

  • Monday, October 25: Akron and Macedonia branch ATMs
  • Wednesday, October 27: Garfield Heights branch ATM

Some of the new card features and functionality include:

  • Access to even more ATM’s: We’re adding over 30,000 surcharge-FREE ATMs you can conveniently use, whether close to home or travelling across the country.
  • New OC Federal Credit Union Card Controls mobile app: Allows you to securely control your OC Federal debit and credit cards on your smartphone.  Control and monitor when, where, and how your cards are used.
  • New mobile wallet options: Use your card(s) with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • myOCFCU Rewards: Enjoy an updated online experience to redeem your credit card rewards.  The best part is ALL your accrued reward points will stay with you!
