The students at St. Raphael School in Bay Village, OH, raised $4,143 for Blessing House as part of the OC Federal Credit Union Challenge Grant Program. Led by the Student Council, students raised money by selling wristbands and hosting a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament.
OC Federal provided a $500 grant to the students and they were encouraged to use their gifts to double that gift for a recipient of their choice. Students presented a check to Donna Humphrey, the business manager at Blessing House, and explained how they were able to more than quadruple the initial $500 grant. Thank you to all the students who use God’s gifts for this great cause!
