FIXED FIRST MORTGAGE

A fixed rate mortgage has a secure rate, principal, and interest payment for the life of your loan. You have the option of a loan with a shorter term for a lower interest rate or a loan with a longer term for lower monthly payments. We offer terms ranging from 10 years to 30 years with no prepayment penalties.

ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE

An adjustable rate mortgage offers the flexibility of a fixed rate for the first 3 or 5 years and then the rate can adjust. This allows you to have a lower interest rate than a fixed rate mortgage. An adjustable rate mortgage can be a great option if you are only going to be in a home for a short period of time or if you are looking to have a lower payment up-front.
